Customer Experience Center

THE COMPANY
Carl Zeiss Vision US is a subdivision of ZEISS, a foundation owned German based optical manufacturing company. Carl Zeiss Vision US caters to the US Market and has been around for over 175 years. At the height of the pandemic, Carl Zeiss Vision moved their headquarters from San Diego, CA to Hebron, KY where an existing ZEISS lab was recently established. In order to bring more traffic to the newly furnished lab, they built out a “Customer Experience Center,” to showcase the future of optical practices.

MY ROLE
Utilizing my recently acquired knowledge of virtual tradeshow booths, I was tasked to create different collateral pieces to promote the Customer Experience Center. I produced a responsive 360 immersive experience to promote the Customer Experience Center, as well as, art direct various vendors, create promotional photography and videos.

Identifying content needed for site

  • Meet with project leaders and identify where we would like the 360 degree digital renders and what would need to be showcased

  • Blue dots = primary views requested

  • Green dots = Secondary views requested

  • Create a script for each hotspot, or 360 view for the host to record on camera
